I’m so in love with these images from Dave and Danielle’s west village engagement session. When we first discussed location they ruled out the ever-popular NYC skyline and Central Park, but we still wanted the mix of architecture and greenery. They suggested the highline which is a favorite of mine, and we decided to shoot there and on the old cobblestone streets in the village below.
We ended up with gorgeous weather and early spring blooms, and the golden sunlight couldn’t have been more perfect. I seriously love when I find a couple I mesh with well interest-wise, and I got lucky with these two, we spent the whole time discussing our love for broadway (especially Hamilton, which they’ve been lucky enough to see! Jealous.) and art museums. Totally an awesome way to spend a nice day in the city. 🙂 Can’t wait for their wedding in September at the Loft at Jack’s Barn!
